Problem/Motivation

A moderator should be able to use Drupal tokens for the moderator message. This becomes useful when the moderator want to include a link to the event url.

Proposed resolution

Use drupal tokens and remove the current implementation of the pseudo tokens with real drupal tokens for the moderator message.
