Move configuration to admin/config/media

Problem/Motivation

The main configuration of this module is currently located at /admin/config/system/rift which could cause confusion as all the other media related configuration like image styles are located at /admin/config/media.

Proposed resolution

To be inline with other media and image related modules we should move the configuration to /admin/config/media/rift
