TypeError when adding the field (only on 1.9+dev version)

Hi!

On the dev version, currently I cannot add the Custom Language field because it will fail with the following error:

TypeError: Illegal offset type in Drupal\Core\Render\Element\Checkboxes::valueCallback() (line 114 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Render/Element/Checkboxes.php).

The 1.9 version works fine.

The issue must be in the last 3 commits.

I have reopened the other issue, and fixed the problem over there.
You should now be able to create the new field, using the new schema config.
