Schedule headers can be confusing

Problem/Motivation

When browsing schedules, users may be confused by the time headers.

many of the session times on the "Schedule" pages are different once you click on the specific session

Steps to reproduce

Visit one of the daily schedule pages: https://www.midcamp.org/2024/schedule/wednesday

Proposed resolution

Make the headers sticky like those cool kids at the second best Drupal Camp: https://www.fldrupal.camp/schedule/day-2
And maybe indent schedule items
