Add Default Varbase Auth recipe to manage default installed modules, configs and permissions

Problem/Motivation

After installation, no any Social Auth are active after
#3272298: Switch to use the Module Installer Factory in the Varbase Social Single Sign-On module β†’

Steps to reproduce

When installing Varbase Social Single Sign-On
And navigating to "/user/login"
Then the social auth list is empty

Proposed resolution

  • Add Default Varbase Auth recipe to manage default installed modules, configs and permissions
  • Let the default recipe install Social Auth Google β†’

Developers can uninstall the module, or install more modules for sure.
