Exception: Unregistered connector 'xxx'. in Drupal\cmrf_core\Core->getConnectionProfile()

Problem/Motivation

When a certain connector is referenced in a form processor webform handler, and that connector is later deleted, the Webform interface completely breaks with a white screen.

Steps to reproduce

Assign a connector to a form processor webform handler
Delete that connector
Visit /admin/structure/webform

Proposed resolution

Add a check to prevent the white screen, so users can at least change the webform config.
