Using token in subject - characters showing as HTML entities

I have a token in the email subject (node title). The actual node title has an apostrophe in it e.g. "can't" but the apostrophe is shown in its HTML Character Code form as per screenshot.

Using D10.2 and test with Workbench Email 3.03 and 3.x-dev
