Missing directory "05-pages"

Problem/Motivation

The component ct-pages pointing to "components/05-pages" is defined in civictheme.info.yml but the directory "05-pages" is missing.
This results in warning in DB log of a website.

Steps to reproduce

Warning should appear in /admin/reports/dblog when Civictheme is enabled.

Proposed resolution

Remove:

    ct-pages:
      - components/05-pages

from civictheme.info.yml.

Confirmed. This was added initially to the Drupal theme and was not removed when it was removed from the UIKit.

We need to find all places with references to `ct-pages` and remove them.
