Bug - seeing activity in the stream about "tags I follow" even though I don't follow any tags

Problem/Motivation

If user 1 created a content and user 2 adds a tag to that content, then user 1 receives a notification about a tag (even if user 1 doesn’t follow this tag). Visible for all roles

Check and add changes in modules/social_features/social_follow_taxonomy/src/Plugin/ActivityContext/FollowTaxonomyActivityContext::isValidEntity) function
