Do not choke on missing item on Nuclia side

If Nuclia DB does not contain the locally referenced item, right now we cannot delete it from the local mapping.

Index a few items, delete one item from the Nuclia dashboard.
Try to do `sapi-c`, `sapi-i`.

Wrap the deletion in try-catch, do not fail on missing items this way.
