Error message does not render on form under email field.

Problem/Motivation

Although the email field is flagged as having an error, the configured error message doesn't appear anywhere on the form in D10.

Steps to reproduce

Set your email domain as disallowed domain.
Attempt to register for a new account with your email address.

Proposed resolution

Change $form_state->setErrorByName('account') to $form_state->setErrorByName('mail').
