Allow use of link_attributes:^2.0

I left the dependencies in composer.json, and added || ^2.0 for link_attributes. If there are version dependencies, this won't mess them up unless changes are needed for 2.0.

drupal/admin_audit_trail is both required and suggested. Looks like it's optional, and required by the submodule. The submodule has the dependency in the info file, so I think we should just remove it from required.

Looking for comment on the pinned version compatibility.
