Allow users to change bootstrap style classes

As a user of an existing bootstrap theme, I want to use different button classes without overriding the templates.

- Install the module
- See that btn btn-secondary is hardcoded in the templates.

- Introduce a new field entitled "Button classes"
- Use the field in the templates
- Maintain all existing functionality

- New field on block config
