Allow to reorder context order

Problem/Motivation

The module allows you to define a page where you want to go once you click the cancel but sometimes you want to go there without considering the default context order. An example of this is the bug described at 🐛 Cancel returns user to node preview Needs review

Steps to reproduce

1. Start creating a node
2. Preview node
3. Return to the node creation form
4. Hit 'Cancel'

You are returned to the node preview rather than the path you'd configured.

Proposed resolution

Allow to reorder the context order.
