Access denied when trying to translate search page.

Problem/Motivation

Right now, if you create a search page and then look at the actions dropdown, you'll see a Translate, but if you choose it, then you get an access denied error even as admin with full permissions.

Since search pages handle translation yet, consider hiding this option for now until there feature is added.
