Allow unpublishing file paths from UI.

Problem/Motivation

You can specify file paths on the Seed tab but, if you need these unpublished later, you have to find these in Quant and unpublish one-by-one.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Create an Unpublish tab that lets you specify a list of files to be unpublished. Bonus if you can unpublish files using wildcards.
