Allow unpublishing custom routes from UI.

You can specify custom routes on the Seed tab but, if you need these unpublished later, you have to find these in Quant and unpublish one-by-one.

Create an Unpublish tab that lets you specify a list of routes to be unpublished. Bonus if you can unpublish routes using wildcards.

New Unpublish tab with form available to unpublish custom routes.
