GitLab CI - Remove DrupalCI CSpell accommodations

AFAIK, DrupalCI has been disabled and this can be removed.

I created an issue fork to do this, but has it already been done? Neither the 2.0.x nor the 1.0.x branches have any beforer_script for cspell, and they both already have a .cspell-project-words.txt file.

Ah, it looks like these changes were already made in 📌 Disable DrupalCI Fixed , so I don't think there's anything left to do.
