You have not created a merge request.
I commit the modification to the project directly
I generate a new release immediately.

S3b0uN3t → changed the visibility of the branch 1.0.x to hidden.

In some issues, I don't have the option to create a merge request.

I think it has to do with the base branch being a tag and not the dev branch (that's a guess).

It seems like modules that created a dev branch release are working, so there might be a restriction on creating MRs into a tag.
