How to change the weight of this module to 1002?

Problem/Motivation

I want to use this module in conjunction with https://www.drupal.org/project/eu_cookie_compliance →

It is said here: https://www.drupal.org/project/eu_cookie_compliance/issues/3425103 🐛 There is no noticeable effect on the cookies with any setting. It also does not reload the page after rejecting cookies. Active that then this module needs the value 1002.

eu_cookie_compliance https://www.drupal.org/project/cookie_content_blocker/issues/3203376#com... → has the value 1001
So how to change the module value to 1002 ?

Steps to reproduce

I installed modules-weight module, and with this I can only change the value till 100.

Proposed resolution

Please may be use set_weight or other alternative to give me as admin the possiblity to set the value to 1002.
