Change to str_replace breaks "Transform all &nbps; with standard spaces"

Problem/Motivation

Since the code was changed to the new str_replace the code doesn't seem to work. I've created a patch with the old preg_replace which seems to work just fine for me

Create some content with Nbsp's and load the page to see if it works
