Improve clear confirmation text

Problem/Motivation

When clearing the content of a config page, a confirmation screen pops asks if the user wants to delete the ID number. This is confusing, because it's the only place where the ID number of a config page is displayed in the UI, and it does not tell the user which config page they would be deleting.

Proposed resolution

Replace the ID number with the label of the config page type.
