Reply-to is ignored if the mail is sent by Webform

Problem/Motivation

Both Webform and Drupal core set the Reply-To header as Reply-to, with 'to' not being capitalised. This is valid, since header names are case insensitive. SparkpostMail checks for the presence of Reply-To in the headers and overwrites it with the from value if it's not present.

Proposed resolution

Check for the presence of Reply-to in the headers instead, or both.
