Created a new D10 only 3.0.x branch
Made that the default branch in gitlab
Set a weekly pipeline to run to verify everything is working
Addressed new phpcs and phpstan errors
Everything is properly typehinted for D10 - 🇺🇸United States smustgrave
Also added a composer.json file
Removed automated testing via drupalCi. Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
