Add common views CSS classes to the maestro-views-view-table.html.twig template

Problem/Motivation

The Workflow History view is not properly displayed when using Claro or Olivero themes, and probably many others.

Proposed resolution

Add the following CSS classes to the Twig template : views-table and views-view-table.
