An attempt to uninstall this module results in a warning about the DELETION of a whole variety of <img>-related fields that may have previously been using the new field formatter...
I say 'may' here because I have gone through them one-by-one and switched OFF the use of the new SVG formatter (steps 1, 2, and 3 in the screenshot) wherever I hade used it like this...
Even after doing that and then attempting to uninstall the module again, I am still about to lose a whole load of carefully-configured Display modes.
There must be something wrong with the way the module keeps track of other entities' dependency on it.
Can this be fixed in the module code otherwise we ill have to go export whole lot of entity display settings and manually edit the .ymls to get rid of it?
Can anyone please advise?

This is a real problem, any chance of some maintainer attention please as we really do need uninstall?
