* We were upgrading to Solr 8 and noticed the module was incompatible with kint-php/kint:^5.0, forcing us to downgrade to 4.x.
* This has the risk of becoming a problem as sites trying to bump PHP versions, such as to 8.3.

1. Re-remove dev dependencies, as was previously done in
#3248948: Don't require development libraries on all installations →
2. Bump the required version to ^5
