Highcharts aggregation issue.

I was getting a Javascript console error when aggregation was on. This is because the files added for highcharts are already minified.

Add minified: true

This is related to https://www.drupal.org/project/charts/issues/3413550 🐛 D3 / Billboard aggregation issue. Fixed
