Maintainer denied access to QA tab of i18n

Problem/Motivation

Gitlab ci is now working for i18n, I was doing some cleanup in the QA tab and removed a bunch of lower version php test on commit entries, but decided I wanted to keep ONE single php 8.2 test result for 'run once'
so, I "clicked" add a "new test" for 'run once'.

Now I get a 404 when I visit this page (the qa page for i18n):

Currently I am a maintainer of the i18n project.
