Problem/Motivation

After updating to entity_reference_revisions 1.11, the Insert selected in the media library no longer inserts the media item when using acquia_dam's implementation of entity reference revisions.

Steps to reproduce

See 3423888 🐛 Cannot add new assets via the Entity Revision Asset Media Library widget Active

Proposed resolution

I'm not sure if the fix will be in this module or acquia_dam, but I noticed that 3098924 🐛 referencedEntities() causes data loss Needs review seems to have caused other regressions, so I'm reporting it here as well.

I don't know why it doesn't work either, but it's empty. Maybe it's an issue with the other module.
