Don't use drupal/core-recommended if you have to use that other module.

This was according to a plan, 📌 symfony/psr-http-message-bridge major version bump Needs review , and was intentional. This isn't a bug.

There has been no further discussion here since @cilefen explained this is by design. Therefore, I am closing this issue.

If you are experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue → starting from "Install Drupal core".
