There is nearly 100 % unit test coverage. I will add Kernel tests before merging this.
The function drupal_get_path_alias does not exist. This should be refactored to use the path alias service.

I should move the $_SERVER['REMOTE_USER'] from hook_help to the form. That way the page cache does not need to be cleared and hint will always be of the current user.
