Wrong $logger class?

With drush 11.
When I run drush migrate-upgrade I get

PHP Fatal error: Type of Drupal\migrate_upgrade\Commands\MigrateUpgradeCommands::$logger must be ?Psr\Log\LoggerInterface (as in class Drush\Commands\DrushCommands) in /srv/web/aegir/platforms/cforge/web/modules/migrate_upgrade/src/Commands/MigrateUpgradeCommands.php on line 20
I've never seen this type of error before so struggling to debug it. I don't know where the type is defined or why it would be so catastrophically wrong.

Got this same error, using:

Drupal 10.1.8

migrate_upgrade 4.0.0

drush 12.4.3.0.

Okay, for anyone else who ends up here, this was fixed in issue #3328244 → . Use the latest version of migrate_upgrade, 4.0.1.
