Disable translation on common fields

Problem/Motivation

Pagedesigner defines several base fields that are shared among translations of elements (status, entity, container, deleted and parent). These are currently marked as translatable, which make them prone to be misconfigured.

Proposed resolution

Set these fields to untranslatable.
