Create a way to chose image styles for feed images

Problem/Motivation

If a Drupal installation does not have the "medium" image style available, Images do not display in the feed block.

Steps to reproduce

Install module, setup "Communico Plus Filter Block" and rebuild select elements.
All data displays accept the images.

Proposed resolution

Add a dropdown select element in the Communico admin interface populated with available image style presets, so users can format their feed images to their specifications.
