Remove language prefix on outbound based on domain source

Problem/Motivation

When rendering content from another domain inside an active domain with a different default language set, it uses the active language code. However, this may lead to incorrect URL prefixes and unresolved links. I was able to get around this by unsetting the prefix URL if it matched the domain access source field value, in which case that language is looked up instead of being pulled from the active.
