Problem/Motivation

If you are allowing #3206941: Don't limit the cardinality to 1 → multiple cardinality, you might have multiple handlers being used on one form.
For example you might have triggers to send to three different submissions based upon conditional results given.

However when looking at the Partdot submission listing page you won't know which handler triggered the submission as that information is hidden.

Having the submission handler id exposed gives the extra information required to work with multiple cardinality.
