Correct module dependency

After I tried to install the module I got an error:

  Problem 1
    - drupal/message_notification dev-1.0.x requires drupal/user-user * -> could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.
    - drupal/message_notification 1.0.x-dev is an alias of drupal/message_notification dev-1.0.x and thus requires it to be installed too.
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/message_notification 1.0.x-dev@dev -> satisfiable by drupal/message_notification[1.0.x-dev (alias of dev-1.0.x)].
