Problem/Motivation

client v2.0.0 support state_manager config:
this setting allows you to decide if the state (params) of the search should go to the URL or stay as state context in react only
we should support it, this setting doesn't hurt because the default is 'url' and everything will work as it was working if the state_manager is not provided in the settings

Expected name and values for the new parameter:

state_manager: "url" | "context"
