This is very much related to ✨ Allow module optionally to add Siteimprove analysis code to site Needs review as also I assumed this module would add the tracking script when enabling it.
Since it doesn't we should update the documentation on https://www.drupal.org/docs/contributed-modules/siteimprove/installation... → on how to do it. It should reference this https://help.siteimprove.com/support/solutions/articles/80000448448-addi... and could also describe how to add it to a library.
(But ideally I'd say this belongs in the modules core functionality).
