Allow AddToCartFormatter to show variant field as a selector

When using AddToCartFormatter to show a product's variants, the field uses an autocomplete selector. This is a poor UX as the visitor is not likely to know what other options are.

Add an option to the field formatter to allow it to be shown as a selector instead of an autocomplete field.

It might also be useful to have a cutoff for how many items the selector could have before it reverts to an autocomplete field, as it might cause performance problems if there are a large number of items.

I'm displaying the list of product variants on the product display page, so it's using AddToCartFormatter, not a field widget.

Ah! I had to edit the Order Item Type form display settings, that was the step I was missing.
