Endless voting possible???

Problem/Motivation

Every (authenticated) user can vote unlimited times here.

Steps to reproduce

Configure a widget, set fivestar template and choose percentage or points.

Proposed resolution

Delete previous user-votes, except the last one.

I see more issues on my dev installation, but i stop here for now. Maybe my dev system is broken.
