Ability to hide score from submission if score is not configured

Problem/Motivation

I've many webforms in the site, many of them have no scoring configured, but still score is displayed on the submission.

Steps to reproduce

Install webform score module
Create a new webform, may be just one text field
Test this webform
Check the webform submission, score is the display
Expected: Since scoring is not configured, no scores should be displayed on submission

Proposed resolution

There can be 2 approaches, if we automatically add score in submission when scoring is configured or we give a setting in each form to show/hide score.

Added a patch that checks whether the denominator on the score is zero (unset) and prevents the display of the field if that's the case.
