Make compatible with "Select 2" module

Problem/Motivation

The " Select 2 → " module also provide the filter plugin for "better_exposed_filters". Will be beautiful to alter and apply "Show only used items" with "Select 2" module too.

Proposed resolution

Add Select2 plugin to better_exposed_filters module.
