Fix config schema for drupalSettings and attributes

Currently drupalSettings and attributes config values have type: label in config schema definition

But with latest version of config_inspector and Drupal 10.2 I can see next validation errors for these config values:
Labels are not allowed to span multiple lines or contain control characters.

So need to update type of this values in config schema
