Steps Reproduce:
1. Installed the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/taxonomy_terms_limit:1.0.x-dev@dev'.
2: When we enable this module it throws an error mentioned below.
Fatal error: Could not check compatibility between Drupal\taxonomy_terms_limit\Form\TaxonomyTermsLimitForm::create(Drupal\taxonomy_terms_limit\Form\ContainerInterface $container) and Drupal\Core\Form\FormBase::create(Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\ContainerInterface $container), because class Drupal\taxonomy_terms_limit\Form\ContainerInterface is not available in D:\laragon\www\new_contrib\web\modules\contrib\taxonomy_terms_limit\src\Form\TaxonomyTermsLimitForm.php on line 26
