Unable to save on mobile devices

On narrow screens the ME drawer pushes the content over and covers the "Save" and "Done" buttons making it impossible to exit the page or save edits.

Edit an ME enabled entity using a mobile device.

On narrow screens, let the drawer overlay the page instead of pushing it. Also have it expand below the main toolbar.
