Potenially this is a feature but i assume this is a bug.
When you add a field with infinite cardinality, you can select the same media items.
Reproduction:
Create a custom form with a media_library field.
Add 1 or 2 media items
Select one or two of the media items and add them to the field.
Now you can repeat the above step until infinity while selecting items with the exact same id.
I presume there is something missing that tells the library which items have already been selected.
