Issue with module installation

Steps Reproduce:

1. Installed the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/test_support:1.0.x-dev@dev'.

2: When we try to enable this module, the module does not show on the extend page.

I've attached an image illustrating my actions—installing the module and searching within the extended panel.
