accessCheck is needed

Problem/Motivation

I was enabling a module that was dependent on commerce_license.

[error] Drupal\Core\Entity\Query\QueryException: Entity queries must explicitly set whether the query should be access checked or not. See Drupal\Core\Entity\Query\QueryInterface::accessCheck(). Please check module with base_table commerce_license in Drupal\Core\Entity\Query\Sql\Query->prepare() (line 145 of d10.2.x/html/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/Query/Sql/Query.php).

this was the issue:

I am not sure why the accessCheck(FALSE) is not in the version that is pulled down via composer.
It does show up in 3.0-dev version.
Might want to release another version if it is infact not in 3.0.0 version.

it was an older patch that was added.
